User Data Deletion – Nyumbani

Users may request the deletion of their data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to support@nyumbani.co.ke

  2. Include your account name and phone number

  3. State “Request for Data Deletion” in your message

Upon Receipt

  • We will verify your identity

  • Your account and associated personal data will be deleted within 14 business days

  • Some financial and regulatory records may be retained where required by law
